In E&S Ring's half-century of property management experience, we've perfected and implemented innovative systems and techniques. We've also placed high priority on continuing industry education to ensure our team remains at the forefront of the industry. E&S Ring provides ongoing training and needs analysis to support the effectiveness and ability of each team member. Listed below are some highlights of training services and tolls utilized to ensure that E&S Ring maintains the highest customer service ratings:

• E-Training is provided utilizing the Grace Hill Company. Topics include: Fair Housing, Customer Service, Maintenance Testing, Leasing, and Risk Management.
• Fair Housing training is conducted annually by our outside consultant. It is also provided during the first week of employment using Grace Hill online training.
• Focused Training is provided based on specific needs of the company or apartment community at any given time.
• Industry Training is available to our staff through participation in the Institute of Real Estate Management and The California Apartment Association.
• In-house and outside professional instruction on all aspects of property operations from new hire orientations, leasing, closing the sale, marketing, leadership and management, maintenance, accounting and financial analysis and other industry related trainings.
