Residents we are pleased to introduce our new resident portal. You will notice a few changes. You can access Calendar, Meet the Team, Testimonials and Pay Rent without having a login. In order to submit Maintenance Requests or Contact Us via email you will need to use the Sign Up in the top right corner to gain access for the first time. Once you are signed up you can access the portal via the Login button. Don't hesitate to call us in the office if you have any questions or need assistance with the new site!

In my 13 years at West Park Village, never have I been so pleased with its management office team: Manager David Plaxen, and his assistants Edwin Orozco and Jane Cho. David is not only thoroughly efficient, but, just as importantly, he's attentive, receptive, and warm. Whether I'm there to report a problem or to simply chat for a few minutes, I never feel like I represent "work." Jane and Edwin are equally competent, and just as helpful and attentive. Whether you need assistance or just want to find out the best sushi restaurants in LA (Jane) or cool spots in Silver Lake (Edwin), they're there for you. In sum, when it comes to its management office team -- and their care for us residents -- West Park Village has never felt more like "home." Wrapping this up, I should add that the veteran maintenance staff at West Park Village is first-rate: Edwin (Estrada), Noemi, and Santiago. They're always helpful, courteous, professional.
