Standard service requests are available during business hours, Monday - Saturday, 9 am - 6 pm.

Our response time is 24-48 hours, please submit a request through our Resident Portal.

Maintenance work requires either '"permission to enter" or a scheduled 4-hour period when you will be home.

During her tenure at E&S Ring, Lyly has lead countless initiatives including system conversions and implementations, supporting the needs for our portfolio of properties by leveraging her deep knowledge of our core systems and business operations.

Cassie oversees marketing for E&S Ring’s portfolio and corporate brand, including digital marketing, lead generation, branding, reputation management, data analysis, communications, marketing systems and marketing automation.

With a passion for customer service, obsession with user experience, analytical approach to performance and keen eye for design, Cassie leads the E&S Ring marketing team to create an engaging, appealing, and cohesive experience for its prospects and residents.

Since joining E&S Ring in 2019, Cassie has created and executed a comprehensive marketing strategy, implemented numerous new systems and processes, create new branding for properties, developed new websites for the portfolio, streamlined marketing operations across the board, and more. She played a key role in a lease up and collaborates with portfolio managers and business managers to ensure the ongoing and optimal performance of each of our properties.

Cassie previously served as the chief marketing officer at SkyOne Federal Credit Union and has led initiatives for branding, mergers, core system implementation and conversion, and product development.

Kevin Hott joined E&S Ring in 2005 and oversees technology at the company’s locations throughout Southern and Northern California. He has extensive experience in project implementation including Microsoft SharePoint, Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix MetaFrame, Payables Nexus, RentPayment, and network infrastructure including MPLS and VPN based Wide Area Networks. Before joining E&S Ring, Kevin served as the Vice President of HardSoft Corporation.

Kevin holds a M.S. in Organization and Management with a specialization in Information Technology Management from Capella University, and a B.S. in Telecommunications Management. He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE 2003) and sits on the executive advisory committee at I365 (EVault).
