Breed Restrictions and Assistive Animal Guidelines
We welcome both cats and dogs at our community. To help ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents, certain breed restrictions apply.
Restricted breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, American English Coonhound, American Eskimo Dog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Anatolian Shepherd Dog, Australian Cattle Dog, Basenji, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois, Belgian Sheepdog, Belgian Tervuren, Bernese Mountain Dog, Bluetick Coonhound, Bull Terrier, Bullmastiff, Canaan Dog, Cane Corso, Chinook, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Dogo Argentino, Dogue de Bordeaux, Elkhound, Entlebucher Mountain Dog, Finnish Lapphund, Finnish Spitz, German Pinscher, German Shepherd Dog, German Shorthaired Pointer, Great Dane, Great Pyrenees, Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, Harrier, Husky, Icelandic Sheepdog, Irish Wolfhound, Keeshond, Kuvasz, Leonberger, Mastiff, Neapolitan Mastiff, Newfoundland, Norwegian Buhund, Norwegian Elkhound, Norwegian Lundehund, Old English Sheepdog, Pit Bull, Polish Lowland Sheepdog, Presa Canario, Redbone Coonhound, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Samoyed, Scottish Deerhound, Shiba Inu, Siberian Husky, St. Bernard, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Swedish Vallhund, Tibetan Mastiff, Tosa, Wolf Hybrids, Xoloitzcuintli, and any mix of these breeds.
Assistive animals for persons with disabilities are not considered pets and are not subject to breed, age, or weight restrictions, pet rent, pet fees, or deposits. Prior written approval from management is required for assistive animals.
