Pets and Breed Restrictions

We welcome both cats and dogs at our community. To help ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents, certain breed restrictions apply.

Restricted breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Anatolian Shepherd Dog, Belgian Malinois, Bull Terrier, Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dogo Argentino, German Shepherd Dog, Great Dane, Great Pyrenees, Mastiff, Neapolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Tibetan Mastiff, Tosa, Wolf Hybrids, and any mix of these breeds.

To help maintain a safe and enjoyable community, only approved household pets are permitted. Wild, exotic, endangered, poisonous, illegal, or dangerous animals—including snakes, reptiles, birds, and other non-traditional pets—are not allowed. Feeding or keeping feral animals anywhere on the property is prohibited.

Assistance animals for persons with disabilities are not considered pets and are not subject to pet-related breed, age, or weight restrictions. They are also exempt from pet rent, pet fees, and pet deposits. Residents who will be keeping an assistance animal should contact Management for more information.
