E&S Ring assumes property management responsibility for 216-unit property in Sacramento, CA

E&S Ring Management Corporation has acquired a new apartment property: Avanti Apartment Homes in Sacramento, California, 7 miles north of the state capital. As of November 20, 2014, E&S Ring assumed managerial duties over the residential property, which consists of one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes. The property is currently owned by Matteson Companies of Redwood City, Calif., which has a strategic alliance with E&S Ring.

Centrally located to the I-5 and Sacramento International Airport, Avanti Apartment Homes is just a short ride to anywhere you need to be. Local attractions include several lakes, the North Natomas Regional Park and the Sleep Train Arena.
