E&S Ring Management Corporation Adds 256 Apartments to Washington State Portfolio

E&S Ring Management Corporation of Los Angeles, Calif., has announced the addition of Deer Creek apartments in the state of Washington to its growing management portfolio. As of August 20, 2012, E&S Ring assumed managerial duties over the property, which consists of 256 apartments in Puyallup, Wash., about five miles east of Tacoma.
