E&S Ring Management Corporation of Los Angeles, Calif., has announced the addition of Deer Creek apartments in the state of Washington to its growing management portfolio. As of August 20, 2012, E&S Ring assumed managerial duties over the property, which consists of 256 apartments in Puyallup, Wash., about five miles east of Tacoma.
“We are excited to expand our region in the Pacific Northwest and move one step closer to the Seattle marketplace,” said John Pringle, president of E&S Ring. “We hope the Deer Creek community will be the first among many properties in the Puyallup area, as well as Greater Tacoma and Seattle.”
Residents at Deer Creek have the option of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom contemporary apartments, ranging from 670 to 1,153 square feet. Amenities inside the apartments include gourmet kitchens, full-size washers and dryers, walk-in closets in select homes, wood-burning fireplaces in select homes, private patios or balconies and more. Community amenities encompass a children’s play area, fully equipped fitness center, two tanning salons and a heated pool and spa. Set amid Puyallup’s beautiful natural surroundings, Deer Creek also offers a relaxing northwest lifestyle only a few miles from Tacoma, with easy access to nearby shopping, businesses, employment centers and major highways.
