As we work through our daily property management responsibilities, we continue to monitor the pandemic and adjust operational protocols to follow recommendations from the CDC and local authorities. We have implemented the following protocols to maintain a healthy and safe environment for everyone:

Protective Face Coverings: Our residents, visitors and team members are required to wear face coverings over the nose and mouth when entering offices and amenity areas at our communities.

Social Distancing: We have restricted use of furniture and equipment to create more space and support the 6 feet of social distancing guidelines.

Common Area Cleaning: Our cleaning crew focus on cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces daily.

Apartment Cleaning: Prior to new resident move-in, apartments are cleaned and disinfected.

Hand Sanitizers: Hand sanitizing dispensers are available to shared spaces throughout our communities.

Personalized Tours: Self-guided, virtual and socially-distanced guided tour options are available.

Enhanced Safety Protocols: To help prevent the possible spread of COVID-19, we use disinfectant wipe dispensers in our common areas and enhanced our cleaning schedule. Our team is equipped with protective personal equipment before entering our residents’ homes and the community.

If you feel your symptoms are consistent, please take the following actions:

- Contact your healthcare provider.

- Stay home and avoid contact with others.

- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
