We know pets are like family, which is why we welcome pets at Mediterranean Village Costa Mesa. Please review our pet policy below, and reach out to our friendly leasing team with any questions. We look forward to meeting you and your furry friends!
  • Dogs and cats welcome! 
  • Two-pet maximum
  • $50 pet rent per cat.
  • $300 deposit for 1 cat. $450 deposit for 2 cats.
  • $50 pet rent per dog.
  • $500 deposit for 1 dog. $750 deposit for 2 dogs
  • No weight restrictions
  • Breed restrictions apply

A Reasonable Accommodation form for an ESA, referenced by a healthcare provider, is accepted for service animals.

Please note that there may be certain restrictions and building restrictions may apply. If you have any specific questions or need more information, please feel free to ask.
