Pet Policy

- Breed restrictions apply
- $50 monthly dog rent / $25 monthly cat rent
- Additional $500 deposit for the 1st dog / $400 for the 2nd dog*
- Additional $400 deposit for the 1st cat / $200 for the 2nd cat*
- Two-pet maximum
