We know pets are like family, which is why we welcome pets at Mediterranean Village West Hollywood Apartment Homes. Please review our pet policy below, and reach out to our friendly leasing team with any questions. We look forward to meeting you and your furry friends!- Dogs and cats welcome!
- Two-pet maximum
- Maximum weight allowed for cats: 15 lbs
- Maximum weight allowed for dogs: 30 lbs
- $75 monthly pet fee
- Additional $500 deposit per pet required*
- Breed restrictions apply
If you choose the Deposit Waiver program, the additional pet deposit will be included in the program.
A Reasonable Accommodation form for an ESA, referenced by a healthcare provider, is accepted for service animals.
Restricted Dog Breeds: Alaskan Malamute, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Akita, Husky, Pit-Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrids or any combination of the above.
