In 1959, Dr. Ellis Ring partnered with his brother Selden to create Ring Brothers Management™ in Los Angeles. The company helped pioneer the now iconic garden-style apartment communities, known for their water streams, lush landscaping and open designs that allow residents to take full advantage of the glorious Southern California climate.

Since then, the company name has evolved into E&S Ring Management Corporation, and it continues to provide residents the comforts of a warm and welcoming home with top-notch customer service. Our portfolio and business services have expanded too, and now include a variety of owned and fee-managed multifamily communities and marinas in some of the most desired neighborhoods in Southern California and the Bay Area.

Now in its third generation of family ownership, E&S Ring has remained dedicated to service excellence – for residents, tenants, and owners.
