Mark Wagner joined E&S Ring in 1987, relocating to Los Angeles from Portland, Oregon, where he was involved in management of student housing for Portland State University. He has been the Portfolio Manager for both fee and company-owned properties. Mark has superior knowledge of building systems, energy usage, and property operations. Mr. Wagner attended Portland State University. His experience includes all aspects of property and asset management including rehabilitation (often a full renovation) and lease-up, staffing, implementing proper administrative and accounting procedures, preparing properties for resale, and performing due diligence having worked with such institutions as California Federal Bank, Connecticut Mutual, Secured Capital, Kennedy Wilson, and others. -

As one of the third-generation owners of E&S Ring, Jennifer Ring Morgen is the eldest granddaughter of our co-founder, Dr. Ellis Ring. With a timeless sense of style, sharp wit, and affable personality, Jennifer brings passion and heart to her family legacy and her leadership of E&S Ring. Jennifer worked on-site at several Ring properties from age 24 to 26, served as the head program director for one of the largest non-profit rehabilitation center for 4 years, and ran a business of custom handmade goods. As a result, she brings a wealth of operational and leadership experience to her work. As the Senior Executive Vice President of Ring Financial, Jennifer works closely with Ring Financial President, Mark Wagner, to guide the strategic direction for E&S Ring. A forward thinker and creative problem solver, Jennifer regularly pushes her executive team to innovate and bring the company to the next level. A perennial advocate for her employees, Jennifer maintains an open channel of communication with employees at all levels of the organization, led countless employee-driven initiatives, and infuses E&S Ring’s corporate culture with fun, humor, and teamwork. Jennifer graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. -

Kevin McKee joined E&S Ring in January 2023. As the Chief Operating Officer, Kevin provides strategic leadership for E&S Ring Management Corp., including property operations and resident experience for the owned and third-party managed properties. In addition, Kevin is responsible for executing all asset management, renovation, and construction activities for the owned portfolio. Prior to joining E&S Ring, Kevin served as President of Rose Community Management, a national owner-operator of mixed income and affordable housing, and before that as Senior Vice President at Related Management Company, leading Western US operations for middle market conventional and affordable properties. Earlier in his career, Kevin spent seven years at GE Capital, including four years at GE Real Estate in their joint-venture equity business focused on acquisitions and portfolio management of all major asset types across the United States. Kevin earned an MBA from Rice University in Houston, Texas, and his undergraduate degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. -

Colin Cramer joined E&S Ring Management in May of 2023. As Vice President of Redevelopment, Colin leads all capital renovation efforts and provides oversight over maintenance operations, E&S Ring’s corporate maintenance division, as well as annual portfolio capital improvement projects. Colin spent more than twelve years with Essex Property Trust where he was most recently Division Manager, Redevelopment. In that role, Colin was responsible for the redevelopment and repositioning of 102 assets and more than 25,000 units throughout Southern California. Preceding that role, he was Sr. Project Manager, Capital and Maintenance Services and had earlier project management roles with Essex. Prior to Essex, Colin spent 10 years in his family’s construction business, so he came to E&S Ring with large public company experience as well as family business experience. Colin attended the University of Washington where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Comparative History of Ideas. He spent several semesters studying abroad which helped to formulate his multi-disciplinary approach to problem solving. -

Kevin Hott joined E&S Ring in 2005 and oversees technology at the company’s locations throughout Southern and Northern California. He has extensive experience in project implementation including Microsoft SharePoint, Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix MetaFrame, Payables Nexus, RentPayment, and network infrastructure including MPLS and VPN based Wide Area Networks. Before joining E&S Ring, Kevin served as the Vice President of HardSoft Corporation. Kevin holds a M.S. in Organization and Management with a specialization in Information Technology Management from Capella University, and a B.S. in Telecommunications Management. He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE 2003) and sits on the executive advisory committee at I365 (EVault). -

With more than 15 years of marketing experience in leadership roles, Cassie York brings a diverse and comprehensive marketing and project management background to E&S Ring. Cassie oversees marketing for E&S Ring’s portfolio and corporate brand, including digital marketing, lead generation, branding, reputation management, data analysis, communications, marketing systems and marketing automation. With a passion for customer service, obsession with user experience, analytical approach to performance and keen eye for design, Cassie leads the E&S Ring marketing team to create an engaging, appealing, and cohesive experience for its prospects and residents. Since joining E&S Ring in 2019, Cassie has created and executed a comprehensive marketing strategy, implemented numerous new systems and processes, create new branding for properties, developed new websites for the portfolio, streamlined marketing operations across the board, and more. She played a key role in a lease up and collaborates with portfolio managers and business managers to ensure the ongoing and optimal performance of each of our properties. Cassie previously served as the chief marketing officer at SkyOne Federal Credit Union and has led initiatives for branding, mergers, core system implementation and conversion, and product development. -

Scott Seymour joined E&S Ring in 1995 and currently oversees six apartment communities with a total of 1,733 units, which includes both company-owned and fee-managed properties. Scott is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, including budget preparation, financial reporting, staff selection and project completion. He also played an instrumental role in closing down and relocating 120 apartments and more than 400 boat slips for a property in Marina del Rey in preparation for redevelopment. -

Tania Letona has worked in property management since 1998, with both E&S Ring and Carmel Partners. During her tenure, Tania has managed a variety of property types including high-rise, townhomes, and garden-style communities, as well as managing a Homeowners Association. Tania is currently responsible for overseeing the daily operations, including budget preparation, financial reporting, staff selection, and project completion, for numerous properties within the E&S Ring portfolio. Tania earned her MBA in Business Management and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of La Verne. She is an Accredited Residential Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management and has her California Real Estate Agent license. -

Lovey Thomas has worked in multifamily property management for over 15 years. Prior to joining E&S Ring Management, she worked with Western National Group, Laramar Group, FPI and Bell Partners. Throughout her career, Lovey managed multi-sites, provided CRM training, and gained experience in residential retail. Lovey joined E&S Ring in 2016 as a Business Manager for a new lease up property and later managed a larger site in our High Desert Market. As Portfolio Manager, Lovey oversees daily operations for seven communities, over 1,900 units, within the E&S Ring Los Angeles County portfolio. Her responsibilities include budget preparation, financial reporting, staff selection and project completion. Lovey is a CAA California Certified Resident Manager (CCRM) with an Associate of Arts Business Degree (AABF) from the University of Phoenix. She has a proven track record for rent growth, expense control, training, and development.
