Kevin Hott joined E&S Ring in 2005 and oversees technology at the company’s locations throughout Southern and Northern California. He has extensive experience in project implementation including Microsoft SharePoint, Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix MetaFrame, Payables Nexus, RentPayment, and network infrastructure including MPLS and VPN based Wide Area Networks. Before joining E&S Ring, Kevin served as the Vice President of HardSoft Corporation. Kevin holds a M.S. in Organization and Management with a specialization in Information Technology Management from Capella University, and a B.S. in Telecommunications Management. He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE 2003) and sits on the executive advisory committee at I365 (EVault).

Ann brings over two decades of leadership experience in property management, spanning both REITs and private sector firms. She has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and implementing forward-thinking strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Her career has included close collaboration with construction teams on both ground-up developments and renovation projects. Ann has successfully led numerous lease-ups and was selected as a national operational trainer, mentoring emerging talent across the organization. Outside of work, Ann enjoys spending time with her daughter and serves on the board of the Morgan-Wixson Theatre in Santa Monica.

With a drive to help organizations manage their most valuable assets, their employees, Maythe is a passionate and adaptable leader who oversees human resources at E&S Ring. Having a keen appreciation of the role for HR in supporting business operations, Maythe brings a combination of heart, efficiency, and depth to her work, all while striking a balance between protecting the business and caring for the employees. With more than 15 years of HR experience, Maythe has successfully built, implemented, and guided HR initiatives to increase the impact of HR in organizations through successful collaboration with business leaders. Maythe is knowledgeable in all aspects of HR, including systems, compensation, and benefits, recruitment, employee relations, training, development, and employee engagement, employment law, and records management. Maythe has the Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certification and served as Senior HR Manager in the highly demanding cosmetics industry, overseeing the HR operations for more than 500 employees.

As Director of Design, Tina Marie Doherty brings more than two decades of expertise in hospitality, multi-family, residential, and commercial interiors. She has held senior roles with award-winning firms including Design360 Unlimited, Bishop Pass, House of Honey, and Kelly Architects, and has also led projects independently through her own studio. Tina Marie is known for blending bold creativity with technical precision, guiding projects from initial concept and FF&E specification through to construction administration. Her leadership ensures design excellence across every stage, shaping distinctive, detail-rich environments that enhance daily life while adding long-term value. With a proven track record of building spaces that are both purposeful and inspiring, Tina Marie thrives on translating vision into environments that feel welcoming, memorable, and enduring.

Chris brings more than 30 years of commercial landscape experience to E&S Ring, working for both publicly-traded and privately-owned companies. He was a Vice-President for the largest residential management company in the United States, which gave him a unique perspective on how beautiful landscapes can truly impact communities. His background in the landscape industry includes operations management, design and construction, best practices implementation, and building long-term client relationships. He is excited to play a major role in delivering vibrant, beautiful outdoor spaces to our valued residents. Chris is a graduate of Liberty University and enjoys traveling, sports, and taking advantage of Los Angeles’ excellent culinary scene.

Michael Ruske serves as Director of Maintenance Operations at E&S Ring, bringing more than 20 years of experience in facilities and asset operations across multifamily residential communities in Arizona and Southern California. He oversees maintenance operations with a focus on operational excellence, capital planning, and long-term asset performance. Michael is dedicated to building high-performing teams, fostering strong partnerships, and implementing sustainable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support the company's continued growth.
